- Scottish Legal Complaints Commission FAQs: Frequently asked questions about the forthcoming Scottish Legal Complaints Commission, which will take over functions currently performed by the Ombudsman.
- Making a complaint: How to make a complaint to the Ombudsman, what the Ombudsman will do, what the outcome might be, and how long it will take.
- Case studies: Sample cases that demonstrate what the Ombudsman tries to do, what can be achieved, and what she cannot do.
